Order Processing and Shipping Information: At Vigor Barbie, we strive to provide you with exceptional service and to deliver your order in a timely manner. Here is all you need to know:

Order Processing Times:

Orders placed Monday through Friday take 1-3 business days to process. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed starting the next business day.
Shipping Times: Shipping times are calculated from the shipping location. Once the order has been processed, for international orders we use DHL Worldwide Express which typically takes 2-5 days to deliver. Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. If you provide a PO Box as your shipping address, this will result in processing delays as we will need to contact you to obtain the actual address. Likewise, if you choose to ship to an address that is different from your billing address, there may be slight processing delays while we verify the information. To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check the accuracy of your shipping details to avoid any potential issues.

Pre-orders: If you have a pre-order, please allow up to 3-5 business days for shipment after the recommended date. Changes cannot be made after a reservation has been made. To make changes, you will need to cancel your order and place a new order with the correct items. In-stock items purchased with pre-order items will be shipped with the pre-order items when they are ready to ship.

International Terms and Conditions: For international orders, please note that customs may impose taxes or additional fees. We are not responsible for these charges and it is the customer's responsibility to pay if they are charged by their country. By purchasing, international customers agree to our terms and conditions, which cannot be adjusted for international orders. Vigor Barbie is not responsible for any additional shipping or handling charges charged by DHL. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or duties, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, which will be deducted from the order total. Any remaining amount will be issued as store credit; no refunds will be issued.
