We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the time you receive your item to request a return for store credit or exchange.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted we will ship out the product you wanted. The customer is responsible for the postage to return the item to our facility. Vigor Barbie will then cover the postage to ship the new item to you.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
If we do not have the item you requested in stock when processing your return, we will provide you with a store credit equal to the value of the item you are returning (subject to applicable discounts).

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Any item deemed defective may be returned within 14 days. Any issues outside of this period are considered wear and tear and therefore non-returnable.
How to Reduce Wear and Tear:
Always consider washing instructions to ensure your garments last.
Treat your workout clothes with care.
Make sure you get the correct size to reduce the risk of damage.
Exclusions/Non-Returnable Items
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on the following:
Gift Cards/Store Credit
Underwear
Socks
Hats
Towels
Clearance Items
Swimsuits
All swimsuits must be in their original condition to receive an exchange/store credit. Additionally, all applicable swimsuits must have the hygiene tags intact and not removed.
Refunds/Store Credit
Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed defective/damaged.
We do not offer refunds for items that do not fit or for change of mind. Alternatively, store credit or exchange may be issued when the item is returned in its original condition.
Items deemed defective need to be returned to Vigor Barbie before we can issue a refund.
Vigor Barbie will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit to our shipping address.
For refunds, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
Shipping
Vigor Barbie will not be held responsible for lost packages. This includes packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided.
